I've worked as a photojournalist for over a decade, on assignment at the White House, Capitol Hill, and at news events throughout the city. My travels on assignment have taken me from Cuba throughout Mexico, Eastern Europe to the Caribbean, and I've explored 42 of the 50 states. Assignments have been completed for, and my work has appeared in: The Washington Post, New York Times, Life, National Geographic, Vogue, and Vanity Fair, among others.

In addition, I am a member of The White House News Photographer's Association, The National Press Photographer's Association, and I serve on the boards of the American Society of Media Photographers, and the American Society of Picture Professionals.

For your wedding, it is my absolute desire to provide photographs that capture the moments that naturally occur during your day. These images will refresh your memory about all that happened, and reveal to you things that happened that you might not have seen. Capturing these spur-of-the-moment happenings from the perspective of a photojournalist covering an event means that, with the exception of any posed photos you may ask for, we are there as an observer, not as a ring-leader that takes over your day.

Finally, My photographs have been purchased as art in both Washington and California for private collections and corporate display. One image was commissioned as a signature poster by the Smithsonian Institution's Air and Space Museum, and I have completed three books for the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian.
